Compare revision link shows different results for old and new revisions.

Description
Go to a node that consists of one or more old and one or more pending revisions. If you view one of the old revisions and click the compare revisions link you will see the 'You are currently viewing a revision of ...' and the other revision_moderation links at the diff page but if you do the same with a pending revision those are not displayed.
I suggest that not displaying the message and its links on the diff page again would be better.
