Where is per-timeframe/time interval node limits?

Yes. Now that I have the _user and _role modules out, the time limitations are the next ones I'll be doing. They should both be up within the next week.

I'm using node limit interval 1 year for content type and node limit amount 1 per role not Inclusive.

A user publishes a single node. In one year what happens, does the node become unpublished, is deleted,...?

This submodule has been added to the 6.x-0.3 tag and was ported in the 7.x branch
Feel free to try it and to open another issue if it is something wrong.
