We have two Redhat servers where we have installed Drupal servers. A few days ago, we have found the system OS files
were being eliminated after rebooting the servers. Then we installed OS again, and then after rebooting, sytem files were
being deleted again.

Please Help.

If this is a report againt drupal core you are filing the issue in the wrong place. This is the issue queue for a security.module that was never released in the wild.
