Okay, so I have the two modules called "Webform" and "User Points". I also have "Rules" I know how to use all of them. My problem is that I want points to be added to someones account when they submit their info to a webform that I have made. This function is not available in either of these modules, and I need help making it work. Thanks

Check out this book, Ultimate Community Site Guide, on my website, drupalus.com. This is a reasonable priced book and provide I think what you want. Just click on the book and you will be taken to the website where you can see it in action. Also, site is being built using parts of this book. It is a PDF downloadable book once you pay for it, around 5.50 pounds.
