I'm not sure if the issue is related. But, I had several taxonomies and was rearranging them and had deleted some unused vocabulary when these issues started.

Now, when I create a new vocabulary item it does not show up when creating content. I DO set the vocabulary item to be available to ALL my content types. but when I go to /node/add/page, it does not show up to tie the page to the new vocabulary.

At the same time I have some existing pages that is now saving the taxonomy incorrectly. That is, I will select one term for the page and it will instead save a different term to the page. I cannot get the page to save to the new term....arghhh.

I'm not sure where to start with all this issues. I looked in the database and everything seems to be in order.

Take a look at the attachments issue-pic1.jpg shows "Crop Testing" checked and "Kelzyme" is not checked. Then when saved, look at the tags, Kelzyme is saved as the tag and not "Crop Testing". ???? If I edit the content again, it will show Kelzyme checkbox checked.

Also you will note in issue-pic1 only 1 vocabulary listed "Organic Soil Conditioner and Plant Stimulator" when I also have another Vocabulary I created called Kelzyme Origins and it will not show up.

Any thoughts on where to go with this one??

Thanks.

I seem to be having a similar issue, I cannot even revert to using Taxonomy without this module - I cannot tag any terms to any posts anymore. Still trying to figure out what may have gone wrong.
