"The configuration options have been saved." appears twice

Description
When I save the form at admin/settings/calais/calais-node I get the message "The configuration options have been saved" twice. This is minor of course, but kind of distracting.

Any clue why this might happen? All I do is call system_settings_save_form() so I am not even printing a confirmation message.
