Embeded video Filed Issue

Hi every one i have created a new content type called embed video to embed thrid party video in my site
the content type is sucessfully created but the problem is ,in that content type i have created a new content and uploaded a video but i made option called "promoted front page" check box uncheck as i dont need it to display in front ,i made it uncheck and saved the content , but its not effected to the content , its defulty take it as front page, i have still edited that content and again made the check as uncheck but still the same problem ,pls could any one help me for this issue
