Anonymous Access Denied

I have posted some code under anonymous section of the front page module so all users can see the actual "front page". The code works well while logged in as administrator, but once I log out, it gives me "Access Denied, You are not authorized to access this page". I have checked all settings. I am 100% sure I have my code in the Anonymous section, not the authenticated user. Default front_page settings is set to front_page.

This problem first began while I was making minor changes to the HTML. I have tried to completely remove the HTML and insert some plain text in there to test if it works then. Still, no luck.
