CCK blocks incompatible with block cache

Please have a look at the problems, many people have with this module and block cache enabled. I found three issues, regarding this problem: #400858: CCK Blocks appears to be incompatible with block caching, #425186: upgrading to CCK 6.x-2.2 causes CCK blocks to disappear. and #287651: One block shows up for wrong nodes.

Please check, if it is possible, to make CCK blocks compatible with the block cache. Maby it's possible to deactivate the cache individually for every block.
