I installed this module, with all messaging and notification it depend.

When I go to the notification administrations page, I don't see any new informations, no user selection on node creation or node view page, nothings new.

In the module description it say that you can send notification to your team, how do you setup a team ? Does it need organic group ?

I'm just building a small intranet and I would like to add a form to choose who you want to notify when you create a content. I don't need organic group or others big modules like that. Can I do that with that module ? how ?

The only thing you need to do beyond setting up notifications_content is editing the permission setting provided by the module so that any roles you want are able to use it. Then a form should appear when editing properly configured content types.
