This looks like a very useful module for political/advocacy sites that are already running CiviCRM. Since the latest versions of CiviCRM require Drupal 6, I'd like to know the plans, if any, for a Drupal 6 version of the Connect module.

There are currently good intentions but no firm plans.

If anyone urgently wants a D6 version, please contact us via http://openconcept.ca and contract us to move it forward. Otherwise, we'll get around to it as our workload permits.

Hi, my organization is also interested in a Drupal 6 version of Connect. We have already worked with Open Concept several times over the past year and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone seeking professional help with Drupal and or CiviCRM.

Not sure if there is any other paid interest in Connect for Drupal 6, but I would pay for a couple of hours of work toward this.

We have actually just been contracted to upgrade Connect to D6. I'm optimistic that I will have time to do it before the end of the year, but we shall see!

The D6 version is in CVS, and seems to be more or less fully functional. I will roll a proper development release this afternoon, which means there should be a D6 dev tarball tomorrow.
