contexthelp 6.x-1.0-rc2

Release candidate 2 for the contexthelp module. This release is trying to get stability for the 1.0 release of the module.

Fixes in this release are as follows:

1. Updated CSS issues where list elements styling was not correct.
2. Re-did the current view to utilize pure sql rather than continually using node load which is heavy.
3. Updated wildcard support so it is now in the sql in the database query rather than in the php code.

If this RC goes well the next release will be the 1.0 version if anything major is found we will release another candidate after this one.
