Hi guys, recently Ive build a website (never done it before) but thanks to alle info ont the www, one can make it far with awesome drupal!.

I am using the marinelli theme on www.spoedeisendehulp.org (dutch site) and I am wondering how I can make a block that displays recently added content.

hope someone can help me out with this..

enable the recent posts block in administer -> blocks

tnx, but I only have separate kind of contents to displya like recent comments, recent blogs etc, but I want to create a block that displays every kind of new content..

The only other alternatives are to investigate the views.module and create your own lists in your own blocks

or

write your own DB query
