How can I disable the link on user name? And is it posible to have a "clear" link as with facebook to clear the status?

You can't, and no. But the username link is no longer in the text of the status in the 2.x branch, and in both branches users with JavaScript turned on in their browser can simply click on the textfield and then click "save" to clear their status.

I wasn't aware that was new in the 2.x branch. I think I'll wait for a more stable version before I upgrade. Thanks!
