The Twitter module provides API integration with the Twitter microblogging service and API-compatible alternatives like Identi.ca.
The documentation for this module is in progress, however basic configuration settings can be found in the My Account page for each user. Please contribute.

Hi, how do I refresh the twits? I see all the time the same twits.

Run cron to refresh
OR...rather than spending time trying to find an easier way to refresh i ended up using a widget direct from twitter (goodies link at bottom of twitter pages), just embeded it in a block and changed the size and colours to suit.
Shorten Module Dependancy
Maybe you should mention somewhere that for auto-tweeting and auto-shortening or URLs that there is a dependancy on the Shorten Urls Module. I had to look through the code to see the dependancy in the twitter_shorten_url function.
