/images/mast-r.png should use Alpha instead of white

G'day,

/images/mast-r.png incorrectly uses a white section instead of a transparent section / alpha channel. This makes things show funny if users change the color of the masthead background (you get a white block).

In the case that this was done on purpose to allow IE support, it still may make more sense to instead incorporate the IE pngfix css code ( http://www.twinhelix.com/css/iepngfix/ ) to evade that issue. Swapping the images around by default will possibly save some modders some time :D

Also having problems changing the masthead size.. but thats a totally unrelated story :P
