Please, if You are english language contributor and making something for Drupal, remember about big part of non english users and sites and its developers with different languages - remember - all of them use 2 language Drupal installation. It is not the same than only english one. If You want to know - what is it - 2 different language Drupal - simple install second language in Drupal - e.g. UK . You will see many difficult things with which working local developers. It is my opinion. Thank You.

The issue queue is not an opinion forum.

Do you have specific bugs and/or difficulties you can point out?

Yes, I have many difficulties. For example: i cant change language status of the content. On page /admin/content/node/overview
I cant change languge of letters for users on page /admin/user/settings and many others. It reduce value of the Drupal for non english users and developers, I think.

Title: FOR ALL CONTRIBUTOR and TESTERS WITH NATIVE ENGLISH LANGUAGE » feature request - add some internationalization features to the core bulk edit pages

Sounds like a feature request for internationalization.
I don't understand it, but it may be a useful option - as part of optional internationalization features.

Mass actions on nodes (/admin/content/node/overview) are easy to add. Read up on 'actions' that modules can provide.
I believe the same thing should be possible in the 'Update options' for the user overview. Try that.

If you can't code, consider making some screenshots of the user interface you want to see.

Thank You.

Would be great to define this request better. I don't get what would be needed here. Can you provide a screenshot with pointers as to what you'd like to see added?
