The contact form fields are too long in a two-column layout using the right sidebar. They intrude into the sidebar last region. Shortening the length from 60 chars to 40 or 50 should do the trick.

Edited because the same problem exists on other forms, such as the subject field on the reply-to-comment form.

Adding the following to style.css seems to have fixed this issue:

body.layout-main-last input.form-text {
  width: 450px;
