Need audio player and audio download

I need a simple audio player and download that audio button. The download button should be enabled or disabled by administrator. User is just going to play and download. Only admin is going to upload them. I want a simple one. No modules found.
So some one please help me get one.
I want like a module, install, configure and get going.
If it is not there get me in any possible way.
It is URGENT.
Please.

Audio Module?
Hey guys,
I assume that you've looked over the audio module (http://drupal.org/project/audio). That module has features that sound a lot like what you're describing. I installed it and was able to upload audio files to the site, with playback through one of several players that came with the install.
For my part, I'm in a pretty desperate search for the recording piece. I'd like for my users to be able to just click on a record button, record through their computer's built-in mic/soundcard, play it back, and if they like what they hear, save it to a newly created audio node so that they can share with others.
I'm using the Riffly product for embedded audio/video comments in blog/forum postings, and that adds a lot to the site, but that's not quite what I'm after for the user's home page.
Any help or advice appreciated.
