Anonymous users do not see the flag or a link to log in

For anonymous users, there is no flag nor is there a login link where the flag would be. Since, in most cases the flags will be a tool for users (which makes it a tool to get people to sign up) this is absolutely essential.

I suggest a customizable link of some sort that shows up in the place of the flag for anonymous users.

Or, did I miss something setting it up?.. That's possible too. :)
