So I've searched tons and tons of pages here and did not find the answer. I dont know why it wont send an email confirmation to hotmail accounts while to others no problem. any ideas? I really need this to launch my site, because its in different language and im not sure if it will send passwords to users from that country with totaly diff email accounts.

My experience:
Reason is spam protection of recipient's mail server + different headers in Mail From and Received from fields.
