I have installed 4.6 on a hosted web server. The cache has been enabled. Why the logo of the site keep reloading if you use the back and forward on the broswer? Both IE and Firefox. http://geti.unitedframes.com/
The 403 error page, could not been displaied. It said a 500 internal error. Check my site. http://geti.unitedframes.com/kkk
Third question, how to display the page url without the question mark? Just as neat as drupal.org. Mine looks like this. http://geti.unitedframes.com/?q=blog.
Drupal site looks like this http://drupal.org/node/add/forum. How could I do this? Put real contents into the forum and blog?
Thanks for any suggestion.

Enabling the cache only means that Drupal has cached your pages on the server. This has nothing to do with whether your browser reloads an image or not - that is a browser issue.

What is kkk? A subdirectory? Or something you've created? Have you been editing your .htaccess file?

You do this by enabling Clean URLs in the admin settings. Your .htaccess file will need to be correct for this to work..

About the KKK
The kkk is a page that does not exist. In order to show the error message 403.
By the way, I have visit your site. It is terrific. One more question about the top Navigation bar from your site, which module is that?
Thank you again.

His site is using a modified version of the pushbutton theme. The links on top are the Primary and Secondary links built into the theme (Blue Marine as well).

Seems all the problems are caused by the .htaccess file.
I did not do anything about the .htaccess yet. Do you mind give me a more detail direction on how to work on the .htaccess file?
Thanks.
image loading every time
Regarding this issue - what you need to research is an appropriate way to instruct Apache to set expiration times on the content that you do not want to send for every page view. This can be acomplished via .htaccess files, for example. By default things will get reloaded for every page view.
Apache Expiration time
I don't think this issue related to the Apache expiration time. I have another site hosted by the same server. Which is fast and no extra reload on both IE and Firefox. http://unitedframes.com
Any other suggestion?

no problem, i am always glad to help. I just wish there would be more experienced users on here who could answer more complex questions. It seems that every time I ask something, no one has any idea? -_-'''
BTW if you find good info about how to set the Expire times in apache do post up some info here
You can also try the mailing
You can also try the mailing lists and IRC if you aren't getting answers to your questions here..
Just a thought :)

Apache Expire times
I'm guessing you've probably seen this document: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/1.3/mod/mod_expires.html. Are there specific Apache expire time issues you're working on?

Problem solved.
I have change the default theme as chemleon or marvin, then the logo won't reload again and again. But it is still not good if I change it back to Blue Marine and Pushbutton theme. So, I guess the problem is mainly caused by the theme.
By the way, you need to enable the site cache in the administration-setting section.
Thanks for all the help from you guys.
