Sry that answer took so long. I was on travelling around a little bit ;)

Have you reconfigure webReader module after upgrade to 1.1? I think it could be possible that some option is missing to generate URL which is need by webreader website. Please check also in webReader module config which webReader modus (free or commercial) you are using!
