Development release for the 2.0 version of this module. Major changes to module include moving to V6 of the FedEx API, adding multiple packages and drop shipping, support for all-in-one vs. each-in-its-own packaging, optional package insurance, better handling of dimensional weights, and perhaps explicit support for Freight methods.
