node tab does not list the nodes selected by the view

First, cheers to your efforts on this. for me, this module is an important partner to CCK.

I created a view of nodes based on a taxonomy term. I enabled composite for the content type and assigned a view in order to limit the number of nodes that show in the nodes tab. When I create a node and enable composite, the node tab displays all my nodes in alpha order versus just the ones in the view in posted date order.
