Support using dnsbl blacklists, like http://www.au.sorbs.net
There is an old module for this in msameer's sandbox. Looks like D5.

I'm totally fine with support for that. Part of why I took over Troll was to add support for SPEWS, but that's gone.

Actually... there doesn't appear to be a hook_comment in D7, so this will need a little work to go to HEAD.

I put it in HEAD anyway. As the API docs flesh out, the update will happen without this issue being open.
