the uc_fee message text shown in product detail

I setup a global fee for customer total order is less than 200, additional charge of 20 will be added.
I found that even though without buying anything, in product detail node,
my charge text is shown and I think it is not make sense to customer as they didn't buy anything yet and tell them an amount of 20 will be added.
Besides, If my order is less over than 200 (charge of 20 will not be added and shown) but in checkout pane, it still show over here until when user go into review order. This make customer a bit confusing.

I'm having the same problem. Any solution yet?

Marking this as duplicate of #449952: Control how/if themes display. There is a fix in CVS that allows to specify for each fee, weather or not it should display in the add to cart form.
