This module fulfills the same goals as FileField Podcaster (ffpc). While it would've been better for the ffpc project to merge with FileField Views RSS, it's been a while now since it was released. Unless this module plans to be updated to Drupal 6, could you put a note on the project page redirecting interested users to FileField Podcaster for Drupal 6?

I already updated this module (and the partner module http://drupal.org/project/link_views_rss) to Drupal 6 but I can't get my CVS to work any more. I have gone through the instructions to update CVS and branch it to 6 but I can't get it to work.

I don't mind deprecating this to the other but I will check out the other module first. My interest in these modules is to make is "stupid simple" to use and not require any other modules to work. Also, the reason I created this module in the first place is to wrap enclosures remote MP3 files. For example, if I don't want to upload the MP3 to my file server and want to use Archive.org (for example) all I need to do is use the URL of the remote MP3.

Of course, I haven't checked out the other modules yet, so, I could be talking out of my butt and those modules could be doing exactly the same thing.

Any CVS pointers would be not just awesome but "hawsome". :P
