Looking for peer review on my theme and its CSS

I am the web developer for my parents church and I'm working on a full revamp of the current core theme for their web site.

just for laughs, the current site I'm replacing that is super oldschool
http://saintandy.org

I'm new to a lot of this and having to learn along the way what is good and bad CSS and how to make things cross browser compatable. My first version of the core theme was sloppy to say the least. It took me a bunch of time to get things displaying anywhere decent in older versions of IE and even then it's kind of patchwork. So, I decided to do the full rewrite of the theme I'm working on now.

I'm using the Foundation theme as my base (http://drupal.org/project/foundation)

I'm using the 960 grid system for overall page layout (http://960.gs/)

I'm using the IE7 script to accomplish IE compatability (http://dean.edwards.name/IE7/)

I've been using modified versions of the menu's from 13styles.com for my top menus (http://13styles.com/)
To see the secondary menu navigation click on the About Saint Andrews link on the primary menu.

My overall goal for the page is to get the login box integrated into the header. The search box integrated into the right side of the menu bars. The main content area will have 3 blocks at the top, allowing the main news feed to span the full width of the page.

All that said, what is up right now is not complete in any way but I'm doing my absolute best to do all the CSS the best way and I wondered if anyone would mind taking a few minutes and giving me some feedback.

One last thing. I do my

One last thing.

I do my development on a mac, making testing of IE difficult for me. I've been using http://browsershots.org to get screens of other browsers but it's a slow process and hard to check minor changes. Do any of you develop on a mac and have any suggestions for this?
