Drop Down Menus

I have a site and want to put up about 7 menu items in the primary links but all 7 don't fit.

I could add 3 of the primary links under one of the other primary links but I cannot figure out how to make a drop down menu

Example

Home Contact Services News Links

Clicking on "Services" would drop a box down for links to linux, microsoft, networking

Any help?
