Views Carousel Pager?

Hi,

I'm wondering if there's a way to expose a "pager".
By that, I mean a numeric index "1, 2, 3" where each number relates to one "state" in the view.
On some websites (example hulu.com homepage) this numeric list is simply a series of squares which indicate the state.

I hope this isn't too vague. I'm just wondering if this module is a good place to implement something like this.
