Can someone make a Drupal Module with this API http://rsurl.us/dev for automatic URL shortening?

In some servers it's not possible to enable clean urls due to lack of permissions and access. This could be a nice alternative way in such cases and something that can be done within few hours at most. I may try it just for fun :)
