List orphan pages for review

There are numerous test and spam pages that are being created by users from Create Content > Book page, where they do not select a book or parent. These "orphaned" pages are not listed anywhere, which makes finding them a bit of a pain. I currently go to admin/content/node, limit by book type and review the list to see if anything looks odd. Definitely not sustainable and who knows which ones I'm missing, so we need to get a list of orphan pages that is publicly viewable. I don't think Views can do this for us currently (no field/filter for book parents) so I think we need to write a custom query in drupalorg.module.

I wanted to start this in the webmasters queue to make sure there wasn't another option before we move it to the drupalorg.module queue.
