Issue Summary
Why not move "Advanced users" module link from "Site configuration" to "Users management" , I think it is proper place for this module.

Let me think about it.

Yes please do this!
I couldn't find your module anywhere. I enabled it and gave all permissions to my webmaster role but I couldn't figure out how to access your module. Listing administrator tasks by module only gave a link to "Configure permissions" under "Advanced User Management"
For some reason it did not appear until I enabled it's permission for all rolls. Now I have removed the permission from all but the webmaster role and it appears to work. This may be an unrelated problem with my drupal setup. However, User management is definitely where it should go.
Thanks heaps for writing this module, developers should always be appreciated for their efforts.
However, just for your info I found the description on this module misleading I was looking for the functionality which I eventually found in the checkall module. This module basically gave me an advanced set of filters but still no simple way to apply a setting to all filtered users.
Cheers
P.S. I'm using version 5.x-2.2

The advanced user tasks are normally found as a sub-task under the user admin menu. The direct link to this page is: /admin/user/user/advuser
The "Advanced User" under Site Configuration is to do settings for the advuser module and not the actual filter UI. It does make sense to move it under user management.

admin/settings/advuser is for the settings page and will remain there.
admin/user/user/advuser is where the screen exists and as a MENU_LOCAL_TASK of admin/user/user; I don't think it should be moved since I believe it to be the most logical place.
