Hide content types from batch import that don't have calais enabled

Description
Right now the bulk processing screen lets you choose to process content types which don't have Calais tagging enabled. While I didn't test this to see if it gives you an error when you try and do this, we could make it even more obvious by simply removing them from the interface.
