Issue Summary
Tagging as a minor feature request since I'm sure my use is an edge case, but I keep closing my laptop and then cursing myself to high heaven as I remember the Safari window that was bulk-tagging content and now got interrupted. It'd be helpful if it remembered the settings w/ a cookie or something since I have had to re-enter them about 18 times now. ;)

Better bulk processing w/ a queue processed via drush or cron will help you not curse yourself so often. :)
