Error pls help somebody while sending notification email...

I am getting below error while using Watcher and Print module (send to friend) :

warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 501 Syntax error, parameters in command "MAIL FROM:<"admin" >" unrecognized or missing in C:\xampp\htdocs\mydrupal\includes\mail.inc on line 193.
Unable to send e-mail. Please contact the site admin, if the problem persists.

Here noted that my email function is working from drupal. As an exaple: when I have setup the "Jobtrack" module then I am getting email from my drupal site.

But when I am using above mentioned module I am getting error.

PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP.
