Design was based off of Addari theme

Thank you. Ad placement was my main concern so everything was sort of built around it.

The theme is close to what I'm aiming for on my site. I'll have to take a closer look at Addari, though I'll still be doing mine as a Zen subtheme.

I usually like starting with a blueprint like Zen, but sometimes it's a lot easier when you actually find something that is close to what you have in mind. Then before you know it, you realized you've edited every CSS entry, changed the node.tpl's, and added 7 block regions...
