When you create a new project and no issues are been created yet, going to project/issues/search/progect_name you get an "estetic" error:
warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ......./sites/all/modules/project_issue/views/handlers/project_issue_handler_filter_issue_version.inc on line 104.

I'm 99% sure this is in fact another manifestation of the bug you already reported: #396056: Viewing issues of a project without activating Project releases gives php error.
