Two bugfixes - new block code was spewing warnings on clean installation, and a loose call by reference.
Reported by #432318 Apollo610 - Thanks due for detailed, intelligent,explanations supplied.
Bugfix: blocks displaying machine names, not menu titles. Spotted by Rob.
