take the notice on the front page "This module will probably not be ported to 6.x as nodewords 6.x.2.x will have token support."
and a similar ticket (which its author closed) http://drupal.org/node/369187
at this moment there is no working nodewords 6.x.2.x
as a temporary alternative you might want to look into http://drupal.org/project/nodewords_bypath
