All strings appended to page instead of being loaded

Hi there.
I've found your module incredible usefull, so thank you very much for your work.

I have following problem:

All translatable strings are appended on page bottom instead of being loaded into the translator (as shown on screenshot in attachment).
I think it could be some module conflict as i have numerous modules installed...
Any ideas how to fix this?
