I use jobtrack in my company's intranet for tracking issues we must solve as team. Is it possible to create an issue accessible only to invited users? P.S. Don't understand the 'clients' idea, i suppose it's used when serving external clients.

Sure -- create a "client" and a new permission will be created -- add all users that you want to be able to share the issue(s) to a role that has that permission. Consider "client" to be "team" in your case, and that's it.

This is a rigid solution, which i am aware of. Is there a possibility to do it on user side dynamically?
Like having a list of invited users and permission for access (everyone, only invited users, private).
