this module uses custom rss generation and thus misses out on drupal's rss 2.0 generation. this module outputs. .91. request switch to native drupal rss producing function.

Any updates so far on this? How about providing atom feeds as well?

I have just updated the module to work with Drupal 4.7. Now it generates nice RSS 2.0 feeds, with additional goodness (dc:creator with commenter names, all node metainformation on specific node comment feeds). Atom support is not in the works, and should not be expected. Commentrss follows what Drupal can do, and just tries to provide an extension of the RSS functionality in other areas where the core does not shine.
