jquery_update dependency

Description

jquery_ui is dependent on jquery_update.
however,
1) it is not mentioned in the README.txt
2) and it is not mentioned in the module home page either (a link to the needed module would be welcome).

In addition, the two modules should be in the same module category (admin/build/modules).
On is in "Other", the other is in "User Interface".

Another (related) issue: Drupal 6.3+ ships with jQuery 1.2.6...

does jQuery UI really need 1.32??

The most recent releases of jQuery UI requires jQuery 1.3.2.

Fixed the package issue for 7.x-2.x. The package name is already consistent for all versions below.
