Can't Administer Event Module

Description
I have install and enabled Event Module, today's current download file, as well as installing the Mysql tables.
After I enabled the module, I went to ADMIN-->Settings--->Event to configure things.
However, all I got was a page with like this:
Home » administer » settings
event
Array
And the [Save Configuration] and [Reset Configuration] buttons.
What did I miss?
I am running Drupal 4.6.5 on an Apache server with Mysql and Php very recent editions.

This version of event.module is no longer supported. Please update your site. If the issue is still valid, don't hesitate to re-open it against a more recent version.
