CVS version (1.17) installed on 4.7.0 beta 2, pretty much a standard install, the following error appears in the log files whenever you go to add content of any type:

User	Administrator
Location	/modules/simple_access/simple_access.css
Referrer	http://.../node/add/article
Message	modules/simple_access/simple_access.css not found.
Severity	warning

Should there be a CSS file? Or is there a problem with the way the path is being interpreted?

I've just committed the CSS file. Should be prettier now. :-)
