Script timeout on browser

Hi.
When im logged in on my website and i install the Advanced User Module, i get a Script timeout on the browser wherever i want to navigate to. When i disable the module, the script timeout disappears.

What browser are you using? How many users do you have?

It's on firefox and IE.
I dont know the exact ammount, but we have like a couple of thousand members.
