Moderated User Points Frozen to Moderated Value

Fresh install of userpoints. After giving three of our site admins some arbitrary points, they no longer seem to be receiving any - their point totals are frozen at the moderated values.

Example, I had zero points, I added 3 and had 3. I set up rules to add points when a node is posted, and other users are now automatically getting points, but i'm not. When I visit my profile, it says that I have zero points while my views say that I have 3.

I removed my three points with an add -3. It's still showing that I have three points. My points detail screen shows +3, +1, +1, -3, +1, +1, +1; but the area below still says:

Uncategorized points Balance: 0
Uncategorized points Balance: 3

Approved points Balance: 3
Points awaiting moderation: 0
Net points Balance: 3

Al points are approved and all members that have not had their points moderated have experienced no issues. Ideas?
