I created a block and added a picture in the content for some reason I can see the picture when I'm editing the content but when I got to publish the block the picture is not there. I'm using FCKEditor and IMCE to upload the image any ideas why the image is not showing up?

One idea - take a look at 'permissions' on your admin page and check all users can view file attachments.
